At Cosco, we stand by the quality of our home and outdoor furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
